ETNO agrees that only minor adjustments are necessary to ensure the consistency of the existing legislation. The Association fully endorses the Commission’s analysis where the alignment of the Software and Database Directives with Article 5(1) of the Information Society Directive is concerned, in order to provide intermediaries with greater legal certainty.
