ETNO press note - Association’s Governance

Brussels, September 2019 - ETNO, the Association representing Europe’s leading telecom operators, informs that its current Executive Board Chair, Phillip Malloch, is stepping down as a result of him pursuing a new challenge outside ETNO Member Telia Company.

The Executive Board and General Assembly of ETNO are already scheduled to elect and announce a new Chair during the next General Assembly (Malta, 17 October 2019).

The Executive Board and General Assembly of ETNO are already scheduled to elect and announce a new Chair during the next General Assembly (Malta, 17 October 2019).

Until October 2019, Steven Tas, current Chair of ETNO’s Administrative Committee and former Executive Board Chair, will cover as an interim.

No change to ETNO’s activities, including flagship events, is foreseen.

Olga Sihmane, Head of Public Affairs Brussels, is Telia Company’s new representative in the ETNO Executive Board.
